NeuriX operates on a custom-engagement model. Because every healthcare organization has unique infrastructure, compliance requirements, patient volumes, and integration needs, we do not offer fixed off-the-shelf tiers. Instead, our sales team works directly with you to scope the right solution and build a pricing proposal that aligns with your budget and goals.

All engagements begin with a complimentary discovery call and a no-obligation scoping session. Pricing is based on factors such as the modules selected, number of end-users, data volume, level of integration with existing EHR/EMR systems, and the scope of onboarding and training support required.

NeuriX solutions are organized into modular product lines that can be deployed individually or combined into a fully integrated AI platform:

• NeuriX Diagnostics AI — Medical imaging analysis and anomaly detection powered by deep convolutional neural networks. Supports radiology, pathology, and ophthalmology workflows.
• NeuriX ClinicalMind — Real-time clinical decision support that surfaces evidence-based recommendations at the point of care, integrated directly into existing EHR systems.
• NeuriX PatientPulse — Continuous patient monitoring with predictive deterioration alerts, remote vital sign analysis, and automated escalation workflows.
• NeuriX AnalyticsCore — Population health analytics, operational dashboards, and predictive reporting to reduce readmissions and optimize resource allocation.
• NeuriX Integrate — API-first integration layer for connecting NeuriX AI models with existing hospital systems, including HL7 FHIR compatibility.

Regardless of the engagement scope, every NeuriX contract includes the following as standard:

• Dedicated onboarding and implementation support
• HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA)
• End-to-end data encryption and security audit documentation
• Staff training and user enablement sessions
• Access to the NeuriX support portal with SLA-backed response times
• Regular model performance reports and accuracy benchmarking
• Quarterly business reviews with your assigned NeuriX account manager

NeuriX typically invoices on an annual basis, with monthly installment options available for qualifying organizations. Payment is accepted via ACH bank transfer, wire transfer, and major corporate credit cards. Custom multi-year agreements with volume discounts are available for large health systems and hospital networks.

All pricing is denominated in US Dollars (USD). Invoices are issued at the start of each billing period and are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For organizations that want to validate outcomes before committing to a full deployment, NeuriX offers time-limited proof-of-concept (POC) engagements. POC programs are scoped, priced, and governed by a separate agreement and typically run for 60 to 90 days. Successful POC completions can be credited toward a full-scale contract.

Pricing for all NeuriX products and services is available exclusively through our sales team. We do not publish fixed rate cards because we believe every healthcare organization deserves a solution built around their specific circumstances — not a one-size-fits-all package.
